Connected Places Catapult Maritime Accelerator - 31st Aug 2022

Port City innovation Hub participants looking for additional help in launching innovative products and solutions into the maritime industry may be interested in applying for a new accelerator programme.


Applications are now open for Connected Places Catapult's Maritime Accelerator to help innovative SMEs with commercialisation support for TRL 6+ solutions.


The accelerator, delivered in partnership with Port of Tyne, National Shipbuilding Office, National Oceanography Centre, University of Plymouth and DP World, will address the following challenges:

  • Decarbonisation

  • Data

  • Infrastructure

Applications close 31st August for a six-month programme of bespoke support commencing in October.
